Hi! In my group cohomology package, I have a couple of tests that require internet access (namely access to some data base). The tests work in an interactive session, and they also work if I do them in a sage shell using "sage -t --force_lib". My spkg-check script is also just doing "sage -t --force_lib".
However, during installation of the package, the underlying call to urllib2.urlopen fails: URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 110] Connection timed out> What is the reason?
