Thanks for setting this up.

I'm pretty sure those dates work for me, and I'll plan on coming.
Perhaps, even if some people can't come in person, we can set up some
online participation, particularly through https://zulip.sagemath.org.

In particular, in addition to the specific issues you mentioned on the
wiki page, I want to figure out a way to organize some kind of bug
bash to work through the several hundred relatively trivial test
failures.  Most of these failures don't show up when you try to run
the doctests in Python 3 off the current develop branch. But my
private Python 3 branch (which has many open Python 3 tickets merged
in, as well as some other fixes that still need tickets) the doctests
run from start to finish and a good many of the failures are of this
relatively trivial variety.

So before the workshop I'm going to try to get more of my existing
Python 3 fixes properly integrated, but I can also make my Python 3
branch available for others to play in (the only reason it's "private"
is that its commit history is a huge mess).
