Just in case someone in the future wonders about similar things: As far as I can tell Hanke uses a different L series than Conway and Sloane. But he also uses a different definiton for the standard_p_mass. Both seem to replace the discrimiant by the fundamental discrimiant. I guess both changes cancel each other out. But I have not checked it.
