Up to you. I looked in earnest for a copy of v1.0 and wasn't able to
find one. I'm ready to give up and move forward.

Can you please set things up on gitlab?

The only thing I plan to do immediately is merge the patches that
everyone is already carrying, and make a v2.0.1 release.
