I think you're already aware that I offer parallel Sage and
Mathematica labs, but I thought I'd remind you in this context since
it could be helpful for people to see a side-by-side comparison.  My
current calc III website has most of them now, and will have all of
them pretty soon:

Things like the interact for Taylor series seems like it would
interest people.  Maybe creating a simple interact from scratch for a
few minutes would be a worthwhile use of time.

I think many people are intimidated by the idea of setting up a Sage
server, although I am not sure how that should be addressed in a
minicourse.
