It literally took 2 days to download, possibly because the powers that be decided to keep the download speed on the lab machines very low. As far as errors, I vaguely remember lots of "...command not found" errors. This machine is a basic ubuntu 8.04 install with, AFAIK, no commercial software (such as vmware) on it. Does it require something else? SInce there were no instructions, I just tried running the only executable in the tarball, hoping that would suggest something. Unfortunately, I don't know what to do. The machine is rather old and may have MB problems, which may be the entire issue.
