Hi Pedro, the idea of the LiveCD is always the same: use without installation.
To use it, you burn the ISO in a CD, boot your PC and it loads. *You work as if it was your O.S. but when you turn your computer off, none of the data has been touched, you have exactly in the computer what you left before loading the CD.* The pen drive option has the same rationale as the CD but works at a faster transfer data rate and has the option of letting you store some data if you want. The distro I built is a LiveCD, so you can use it without any installation typically from a CD or a pen drive. The past answer I wrote you tells you to use UNetbootin to "burn" the LiveCD on a pen drive because the instructions for how to do it are quite Ubuntu specific.
