This is probably in a notebook template file. Look at sage/server/
notebook/templates/login.html and sage/server/notebook/templates/
base.html. View->Source should be helpful on the Canterbury site, as
well.

My own opinion is that this would be fine as long as it's only the
header, as it is here. But presumably anything that doesn't violate
GPL would be okay - that is to say, you should be free to take the
HTML from their site and use it without a license issue. However,
others may have a different point of view.
