How? The book is "open source" but only a pdf is provided (AFAIK).
It seems to be written in microsoft word or maybe open office?
Is a doc file available somewhere?

Also, as far as conversion to a Sage book, were you planning
on doing this yourself, but are just wondering if there is further
interest from others?
