Is it $200+ per book better? :) How does "Differential Calculus and Sage" compare to the Whitman Calculus text found here: http://sites.google.com/site/whitmanmathematics/ An often overlooked calculus resource for instructors, but loved resource for students is Paul's Online Math Notes: http://tutorial.math.lamar.edu/ I know that at least one university (Northern Arizona University) was using (and maybe still is) these notes as their calculus text.
