Dear all, Perhaps unbeknownst to lurkers on these lists, there is a minicourse on getting (undergrad and general) research going in combinatorics and algebra using Sage.
http://www.maa.org/mathfest/info/shortcourse.pdf Two of the organizers have done stuff with education and Sage before - see http://sc09.sc-education.org/conference/abstracts.php#math . Note that apparently also Clemson has a Sage server - https://clemix.clemson.edu:34567/home/pub/20/ for instance. I think this is cool; Sage being promoted by people who use it, perhaps not develop it. Which is as it should be. Perhaps these folks should be invited to an upcoming Sage Days, or to host a third Education Day, or something. - kcrisman -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sage-edu" group.
