It looks like the cheapest booth we might qualify for (the "Special Category") is $602. To qualify, you have to have fewer than 6 employees. We definitely meet that requirement, since I think we have 0 (at least full-time; maybe some positions at the UW are part-time?).
Details are at: http://www.ams.org/meetings/national/jmm/Invitation-to-Exhibit-11.pdf. It would be good to register soon so we can pick a decent spot. -Marshall On Jun 14, 8:50 am, kcrisman <[email protected]> wrote: > Dear sage-edu, > > The deadline for abstracts isn't until September 22, 2010, but thought > it would be good to post early about a few possibly relevant sessions > in the MAA sessions in New Orleans: > > * Alternative Approaches to Traditional Introductory Statistics > Courses > * Cool Calculus: Lessons Learned Through Innovative and Effective > Supplemental Projects, Activities, and Strategies for Teaching > Calculus > * Cryptology for Undergraduates > * Innovative and Effective Ways to Teach Linear Algebra > * The Mathematics of Games and Puzzles > > I have posted to sage-devel with one possibly relevant AMS session. > > - kcrisman -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sage-edu" group.
