I am relatively certain that I know him; he was a postdoc at Minnesota
when I was a grad student there. He's now at Kansas, and is teaching
multivariable calculus this semester: http://www.math.ku.edu/~jmartin/

Actually, *I'm* teaching multivariable calculus this semester too...so
I'll definitely check out those Sage worksheets.
