Yikes!  No, you should be able to follow the examples in the source
underlying the functions in  
http://www.sagemath.org/doc/reference/sage/gsl/probability_distribution.html
to do this. See also the patch at 
http://trac.sagemath.org/sage_trac/attachment/ticket/9080/trac_9080.patch
for an example of a way to do this.
