A while ago, I started an open source book project that caters to
using Sage for high school maths. See

Unfortunately I haven't had time in the last few months to devote to
that project. You are welcome to use any materials from the above
book. The materials are covered by the terms of the GNU Free
Documentation License version 1.3. If you require relicensing of
materials, I'll be delighted to relicense to Creative Commons or a
related open source documentation license.
