Apparently Google groups doesn't allow so-called "necroposts", so I'm
starting a new thread, but this is just a reminder of an old thread,
with new details.

The deadline for submitting abstracts for the MAA contributed paper
sessions at the Joint Mathematics Meetings in Boston this January is
on THURSDAY, September 22nd at midnight Eastern time (US). At least I
think it's midnight.

There are several sessions you might want to submit Sage-related
things to. The first two are ones that would be directly related, the
first of which actively encourages free solutions.

Shelton, Southwestern University

Trends in Teaching Mathematics Online
Saturday, 1:00 – 5:55 p.m., Hynes 311

However, I noticed some others which make mention of software or could
in talks

but are not necessarily limited to:  hands-on, in-class demos;
