Not that I know of. SageTeX just pulls in the results of Sage
computations and TeX does the typesetting, so it's the same as if you
simply typed in the entire number 100!. 

I would search for TeX solutions for automatic line breaks of things
like really long numbers, although you might consider how important it
is to actually typeset the entire number.
