Dear Jorge, As we've pointed out in the past, the Sage project doesn't have any official affiliation with these servers. I've personally met some of the people who run the Clemson stuff, and they're very friendly and positive about it, but I would recommend being in personal contact with them. I'd also really suggest you see if your local IT folks can set up a server. I know that such people are often skeptical of setting something up along these lines for security and/or support reasons, but hopefully you can use many threads on sage-support and elsewhere to convince them that as long as it's in some sort of jail and you recognize there is no expectation of paid support (for now!
