Wow, TJ, that is a VERY well-thought-out list of practical issues with the 
current notebook from a pedagogy perspective.  I wouldn't be surprised if 
you are the first person to have even noticed all of these and let a list 
know.

Maybe some of them would be easy for the notebook days folks to fix - at 
least the "Unpublish" ones.  # 3 in particular is a *slaps forehead* issue.

Jason or others, thoughts?  Maybe TJ should open a bunch of issues at the 
sagenb site...
