I was browsing for conferences dealing with web education, and I saw
this competition at the Austria conference:

Non-commercial Software Systems, Tools and Products for Web-Based
Education" link in International Competitions).
Sage probably would be a strong contender, if someone near there or
planning to go to the conference entered Sage.
