So you can run other sessions via the notebook too? I tried to run a
gap session and I got the same error as Ben:
{{{
GAP4, Version: 4.4.9 of 6-Nov-2006, i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
gap> print "\x01r\x01e252"
Variable: 'print' must have a value

Syntax error: ; expected
print "\x01r\x01e252"
gap>
}}}

I'm running the notebook from SAGE_ROOT. What am I doing wrong?
