Hi there,

First off, I'm really impressed by the vision of the SAGE team. I'm
not quite the mathematician; at this point, I can only legitimately
call myself a hobbyist. I'm hoping to make use of SAGE during some
independent study to advance that.

I have noticed something new in the 2.7.1 application. jsMath is
calling for TeX fonts which previously weren't required, or were
installed and seen but currently are unseen. I've gone through the
ministrations of installing the fonts on my Slackware 11.0 system,
following what documentation I can find. However, after closing and
restarting Firefox, and then closing and restarting X, I still get the
error that jsMath can't find the fonts.

Is there something obvious I'm overlooking?

Thank you for your help, and for the quite herculean effort you're
giving to make a very nice tool for math exploration.

Daniel
