This is normal since stdsage.pxi indeed changed since Sage 6.0 and essentially all Cython modules depend on stdsage.pxi. Luckily, changes to stdsage.pxi are relatively rare so this problem isn't going to happen all the time. A recommended solution would be to not go back to Sage 6.0 but to the "develop" branch.
