Thanks William, It will be great to have dynamic formula editor in 
SageMathCloud/IPython I have already started preparing for it.
I have tried searching on Mathlynx

but most of information is only available to subscribers, MathQuill 
<http://mathquill.com/> project seems to be interesting I am currently 
trying to get it to work.
There are few other Latex tools also available but I I think MathQuill is 
most relevant to what we are doing.
