Hi, I am Adarsh Saraf, a first year M.Tech(Computer Science) student from India. I would like to suggest a new project idea for GSoC 2016. I have previously worked with Sage and have found that we could have an implementation for Edwards curves in Sage, along with Elliptic Curve Cryptosystems. Considering the benefits of Edwards curves and its utility in Elliptic Curve Cryptosystems, I think this would be a good extension to Sage.
