Hello, I am in conversation with Nils Bruin (nbruin on trac) about a possible project proposal not on https://wiki.sagemath.org/GSoC/2021where he would be my mentor. Are there any restrictions on who can be a mentor? Nils is confident he can mentor these from a technical standpoint given his history with contributing to Sage.
