Yes, that *would* fix it of course! But, it defeats the purpose of
maintaining an upgradable git repository. Isn't there any other method?
I can delete the file ft2build.h and cross my fingers and hope that it
all works out nicely.
Deleting that header file seems to have worked. mpl installed
successfully this time.
