Didn't Minh have a script to prepare release notes? IIRC I mailed him
recently, but presumably he's too busy with other stuff...
Otherwise we could certainly "recycle" Jeroen's work to function with
the "new workflow"(?); probably only slight adaption would be necessary
to use it "post-release".
