openblas still fails to build on my machine (not sure whether it is 
supposed to build), log is attached.

moreover, I still don't know which TARGET I should pass.

Describe your computer, operating system, etc.
If you want to try to fix the problem yourself, *don't* just cd to
/home/martin/sage-patchbot/local/var/tmp/sage/build/openblas-0.2.19 and type 
'make' or whatever is appropriate.
Instead, the following commands setup all environment variables
correctly and load a subshell for you to debug the error:
  (cd '/home/martin/sage-patchbot/local/var/tmp/sage/build/openblas-0.2.19' && 
'/home/martin/sage-patchbot/sage' --sh)
When you are done debugging, you can type "exit" to leave the subshell.
