The same Jmol error has just been reported by a Sage user with a different system: Windows 10 and Sage from the Windows installer: https://ask.sagemath.org/question/39798/sagemath-80-and-windows-10/ Note that in my case, the error appears only in parallel doctesting (i.e. make ptestlong), while in his case, it is systematic.
