I confirm the test failure in make ptestlong:

 ----------------------------------------------------------------------
sage -t --long --warn-long 45.8 src/sage/interacts/test_jupyter.rst # 1
doctest failed
sage -t --long --warn-long 45.8
src/sage/geometry/hyperplane_arrangement/plot.py # 1 doctest failed
----------------------------------------------------------------------

The details are in the attached log (the output of "make ptestlong"
relative to test_jupyter.rst)
This is from a fresh git clone + pull develop on Ubuntu 16.04 running on
Xeon E5-2623 + 16 GB RAM.

The other doctest failure is relative to Jmol as usual on that computer.
Both doctests passed when run standalone; in particular, we have

./sage -t --long --warn-long 45.8 src/sage/interacts/test_jupyter.rst
Running doctests with ID 2018-03-06-10-41-13-2b6ef416.
Git branch: develop
Using --optional=mpir,python2,sage
Doctesting 1 file.
sage -t --long --warn-long 45.8 src/sage/interacts/test_jupyter.rst
    [28 tests, 9.34 s]
----------------------------------------------------------------------
All tests passed!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Total time for all tests: 9.7 seconds
    cpu time: 9.2 seconds
    cumulative wall time: 9.3 seconds

I also confirm that there was no such issue with Sage 8.2.beta6.

Best regards,

Eric.
