Follow up at https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/25536

It seems the cryptominisat issue reported in beta0 disappeared (maybe it
was transient, I forgot to check last time).

I can not reproduce the issue with logging_backend.py.

The issue in cmdline.py related to pandoc was an easy fix and needs review.
