Hi,

the ticket https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/28915 about upgrading
openssl to 1.1.1f was closed recently, but is not yet merged.

A high security fix was uploaded today, so that we have to upgrade to
1.1.1g I opened https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/29546 for that.

My question is : should i make the commit over the 9.1.rc0 branch or
over the dd8e2baf7ba1fbd8bbbb9cec076133279249f1c1 commit or over a merge
of both ?

Ciao,
Thierry
