I think the best course of action to support Fedora 32 in Sage 9.1 would be to try to fix the gcc build. But I'm not sure if we want to hold up the 9.1 release for that. An alternative would be to do a *very short* release cycle for Sage 9.2 which removes Python 2 support and does the necessary package updates to support GCC 10.
