Regarding pytest, you probably have it installed system-wide
but not for Sage.

Sage built from source by default does not have pytest:
```
$ sage --python -m pytest
.../local/bin/python3: No module named pytest
```

To install pytest for a Sage installation:
```
$ sage --pip install pytest
Collecting pytest
Installing collected packages: iniconfig, pytest
Successfully installed iniconfig-1.1.1 pytest-6.2.4
```

Then we get:
```
$ sage --python -m pytest --version
pytest 6.2.4
```
