I am not able to build beta5 after running make distclean using my standard build script that includes no external libraries. I am seeing errors about missing autoconf commands:

Currently all spkgs, except for primecount, set the rpath in a dylib to an absolute path to the directory containing the library. Also most libraries have multiple copies of the LC_RPATH load command with sets that rpath.
