I just found out that
sage -t --long --random-seed=0
src/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/heegner.py
fails, but make ptestlong succeeds (and skips heegner.py). Similarly,
sage -t --long --random-seed=0 src/sage/schemes/elliptic_curves/
succeeds by skipping heegner.py. Something is borked with the test
enumeration by the doctester.
