TL;DR sagemath_objects was being spammed by 0.5Gb releases lately, and it 
reached the 10Gb limit. 
Maybe it can be just dropped? Cleaning this up appears to need human 
involvement by PyPI maintainers.
(one can remove files, and I did remove some, but they still have to pick 
up the trash...)
