I am looking forward to work and explore in SAGE.
(1) make sure you downloaded and installed the file sage-vmware-2.4.zip from http://www.sagemath.org/SAGEbin/vmware/ (2) Instead of typing "sage" type "notebook" at the login prompt. (3) If (2) doesn't work, please check the settings of any firewall software, e.g., zone alarm, which might not allow a network connection between vmware and Windows. (4) If (2) and (3) don't work, at the sage command line prompt, type sage: !/sbin/ifconfig and send me the output. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ To post to this group, send email to [email protected] To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/sage-support URLs: http://sage.math.washington.edu/sage/ and http://sage.scipy.org/sage/ -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
