Are you using SAGE via vmware locally on your computer? Or are you using it via the website http://sage.math.washington.edu:8103? What did you change recently on your computer which makes SAGE slower? Did you upgrade to a new version? Provide as much information as you can, because there is almost none in your question above, except "it doesn't work anymore".
