What I had in mind was something a bit more aggressive than this :-) The beginner's book is designed to give the reader the fundamental skills needed use Sage effectively at a moderate level of ability. As soon as the beginner's book is finished, however, my plan is to immediately follow it with a copyleft Fundamental Mathematics book which is designed from the ground-up to leverage Sage. This book can include all of the subjects you mentioned.
