Yep, it broke on both 10.4.11 and 10.5.1.  I assumed from Michael's  
message that it should work, and I didn't notice that the ".p1"  
version was much different than the original.

I 'touched' the cremona package and continued.  'flint' built on both  
systems, and the build is proceeding.
