(1) If you try Firefox instead of Internet explorer, what happens?

(2) When you start Sage and type "notebook" at the login prompt, does it
display an address (http://...), and are you going to the right address.  The
address listed there might have changed when you upgraded NORTON?

(3) If you temporarily disable NORTON does Sage work again?
