You might want to try a different version of zip:

http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/unzip.htm

Isn't there a zip builtin to windows also, which you could
try (instead of winzip)?

Nobody else has reported the above problem, so another possibility
is that your download is somehow corrupted.
