I think, plotting is not his main problem. He want's to manipulate the data on a basic level.

Yes, I'm aware of that. Wikipedia seems to be heavier than everything else - but adjusting weight is not possible (tell google to adjust their algorithms ;) ... The main problem is with wikipedia itself: all pages are in one big pool - and their category pages/system/whatever is too vague. I'll try to tune it with some other tricks, it's still "beta" anyway. This also should only happen in the general "Web" search.
