Hi,
Iam a beginner in SAGE. My OS is Windows and I have downloaded
Sage Windows Binaries (3.0.1) from http://sagemath.org. These were the
steps I followed.
1. Downloaded VMware player
2. Downloaded the zip file of sage.
3. Extracted the file using the freeware 7zip.
4. I got the following errors after unzipping.
CRC failed in 'sage-vmware-3.0.1\disk-s004.vmdk'. File is broken.
CRC failed in 'sage-vmware-3.0.1\disk-s005.vmdk'. File is broken.
CRC failed in 'sage-vmware-3.0.1\disk-s006.vmdk'. File is broken.
CRC failed in 'sage-vmware-3.0.1\disk-s008.vmdk'. File is broken.
5. Double clicked the sage vmx file but the following error was shown
by the VMware
CRC error : System halted
Please help me to install sage in windows. This is very urgent.
