Hello, I am trying to install sage on an Ubuntu 8.04 (Hardy Heron) machine, *server* version.
I have installed the binary: sage-3.0-ubuntu_8.04_LTS_32bit-intel-p4- i686-Linux.tar.gz After uncompressing, I enter sage-3.0.... and I launch ./sage I get the error message: /home/sage-3.0-Ubuntu_8.04_LTS_32bit-P4-i686-Linux/local/bin/sage- sage: line 214: 10508 Illegal instruction sage-ipython "$@" -c "$SAGE_STARTUP_COMMAND;" Any idea ?
