Hi, I'm interested and I think a lot others as well. LDAP authentification, and others, are key to widespread use of Sage. AFAIK somebody has worked on that, but I don't know about the status. Someone should also research modules for python, that already play well with authentication mechanisms that can be used. Another dependency is rights management for Sage notebooks - e.g. a teacher can access and modify each students notebook, or students are not allowed to share notebooks to copy from each other ;) and so on. Maybe there is already a wiki page collecting such ideas/requirements?
