Assuming you still haven't messed up with the recycle bin, restore
that old SAGE distro (your files are still IN there), run it the usual
way, open those badly needed files with Mozilla but his time don't
forget to "download them to a file" as instructed.  That should do the
trick.

I hope it's not too late.
