Dear Gokhan, Here's where we have got to. We (myself with Tobias Nagel and Michael Mardaus) have implemented finding integral points on elliptic curves over Q and are working on S-integral points, still over Q. Then we hope to do the same over number fields.
We are using methods based on bounds on p-adic logs, which start from a knowledge of the Mordell-Weil basis. This is rather different from taking a purely Diophantine approach, which I suspect you are thinking of (since you mention hyperelliptic equations too). Of course, if you or someone else were to implement this it would be extremely useful to have two independent methods implemented independently!
